Groom & Bride

Orest Leshchyshen

A wonderful, honest, caring and intelligent guy. His name is rare, yet always confused. He is a lady's man yet a man's man. His openness and vibrancy bring all to want to know more about him. Orest will most certainly always make you laugh and think "who is this guy?". Once you know an Orest, you will always be glad you had gotten to know him.
"Hey it's Orest, I love that guy!"

Lindsay Ellis

1. A girl who is hotter than the flames of hell  2. The marvelous and mysterious temptress from the land of eternal joy  3. A girl who is smarter than albert einstein but as gorgeous as helen of troy (you know the one whose beauty started the epic war)  4. This girl is in NO way affiliated with Lindsay Lohan. Lohan simply stole this girl's name.
"See that smoking hot amazing girl over there? Yep, she's a Lindsay."

Dress Code

Why a Dress Code?

In 2014, Orest and Lindsay went to an event called Dîner en Blanc. It is an annual event that started in 1988 in Paris France that has all of the attendees arriving head to toe in white attire, and bringing their own tables, chairs and decorations all in white. It was such a beautiful and fun experience, we wanted to recreate it at our wedding for our closest friends and family. The good news is you don’t have to bring your own tables, chairs and decorations. We are asking all guests to come dressed in white. Understanding that most people don't have formal attire in white, the dress code is more summer garden party than black (or in this case white) tie. Whether or not you choose to come all in white, we are very happy that you are coming and sharing this special day with us.

What to wear

Gentlemen
Knowing that the majority of men don't own a white suit, white slacks, trousers, linen pants, or jeans are all acceptable. Pair it with a white button down shirt that has either long or short sleeves or a white polo shirt. No need for a tie or blazer if you don't have one in white.

Ladies
When you go to your closet, you might find have more white than you thought. Women have a lot of options of what to wear. If you don't have a white dress, a white skirt, tights or trousers/jeans/capris paired with a white blouse or top are great choices.
Attire: Summer Garden Party in head-to-toe white.

FAQ

I don't own any white, what should I wear?
If you don't own any white and can't borrow from a friend, or find an inexpensive option at the mall/thrift shop, feel free to wear: cream, beige, khaki, pale grey or anything in a light pastel colour. If possible, please avoid black and other dark colours.

What about shoes?
Shoes do not have to be white but a light colour will probably look best if you are already wearing all white. Deck shoes, sandals, and clean sneakers are all acceptable options. Just remember to make them dancing shoes!
